CELEBRATE COTTAGE

Our most recently built cottage, Dathlu, contains three luxury suites which accommodate six singles or three couples, plus a communal recreation and sitting area which contains two sofa beds. You can book the suites individually or the cottage as a whole. Please note the price $180 refers to 1 suite Each one bedroom suite has an ensuite bathroom with shower and can sleep up to 2 guests. All linen is supplied. The communal kitchen has tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery and a BBQ on the main deck.

BORRODELL VINEYARD - ORANGE

On a glorious site, with an altitude of over 1030 metres above sea-level, Borrodell is one of Australia’s highest vineyards and produces exclusively cool climate wines. The fertile basalt soils from the extinct volcano Mt. Canobolas also plays an important role in our range. The alpine climate ensures four distinct seasons with true intensity – an extremely suitable area for growing cool-climate varieties.
High above the bustling city and overlooking lush countryside, Borrodell Vineyard is nestled in the lee of Mount Canobolas on the slopes of the Towac Valley.
As well as the 84 acre vineyard, there is a cherry, plum and heritage apple orchard and a trufferie.
The cellar door is open seven days for tasting the award-winning cool climate wines.

Luxury accommodation and the superb Sister's Rock Restaurant are set amongst the grape vines and enjoy unforgettable views across the vineyard and valley.

The Borrodell Wines have been consistent medal winners at regional and small winemaker shows and enjoy great demand in China.

APARTMENTS ON-THE-PARK - ORANGE

Apartments On-The-Park are around the green heart of Orange, Cook Park, Orange's favourite park.
All the accommodations are a short walk to the city centre, restaurants, coffee shops and sporting facilities. Apartments On-The-Park are in wonderful positions, they have quality furnishing, and a quiet ambiance in the centre of Orange.

Choose from one of these superb properties for your stay in Orange:


19 KITE STREET
This quiet and restful house has tasteful décor throughout and has three bedrooms and sleeps seven.
The dining room adjoins the kitchen and is separate from the lounge room. The sunny lounge room which faces north and opens out onto one of two paved outdoor ‘room’ with outdoor setting and a BBQ. There is large flat screen TV and DVD player in the lounge room.
There are two bathrooms with a toilet in each.
Cosy heating is provided by wood and reverse cycle AC and electric heater. The wood is supplied and the fire prepared for your arrival. Off street parking for one car.
Located opposite historic Cook Park and three blocks to the Orange CBD with golf, bowling clubs and coffee shops a 5 to 10 minute walk. It is also a pleasant walk to Moulder Park and the swimming pool.
Studio 19 is in the same house block. Details are below.


STUDIO 19
19 Kite St
 
Studio 19 is currently being built (Feb. 2018) and will be available in May.
It is located at the rear of 19 Kite St with its own entrance and car park.
It comprises a queen bed, cupboard, lounge, kitchen, TV, and dining facilities. The bathroom adjoins the main room. Heating and cooling via reverse cycle AC. Parking is off-street behind a lockable gate.
Studio 19 can be booked in conjunction with the main 3 bedroom house at 19 Kite Street (conditions apply) or separately. Together they provide accommodation for 4 couples. 
 

STUDIO 35
35 Kite Street

It has been described by guests as Orange’s best-kept secret. From the moment you step through the Clinton St entrance door saying Studio 35, and enter the walkway towards the studio, you enter that secret world. The decor is sensitively designed to include a queen bed, antique sideboard, dinner table, lounges, and TV. Adjoining the main room is a
kitchenette and a bathroom. There is a laundry which is off a small courtyard. It is quiet and
private. Parking is on-street.


47 MARCH STREET

Northern and western sun-soaked rooms are a feature of this three bedroom cottage that sleeps seven. There are three queen beds, one single and there are two bathrooms.
The large fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining room with its colonial style dining setting and sideboard. The lounge room has comfortable seating and large leather lounges and has a large flat screen television.
Heating and cooling is by reverse cycle air conditioning. And natural gas heating for those really brisk winter days.
There is a large enclosed backyard with a BBQ and outdoor seating. The resident chooks enjoy a large permaculture designed garden and may supply you eggs for free cook-your-own-breakfast.
The parking is off-street and the house is pet-friendly (conditions may apply).
47 March Street is just two blocks from Cook Park and three blocks to the Orange CBD. Duntryleague Golf Club is close and there are delightful walks through the course and Moulder Park. It is a two-minute walk to the famous Byng St Coffee Shop and Eatery and three minutes to the cute Anything Grows Nursery and Coffee Shop.


32 PRINCE STREET

This light bright apartment is bathed with the northern sun. It has three bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms one with bath and walk-in shower. Air conditioning is throughout and there is a cosy gas heater for colder days. There is a beautiful kitchen and dining area, a lounge room with comfortable leather lounges and a large flat screen television. The parking is easy, right at the door and there is a lock up garage.
32 Prince Street is in a great position close to Orange CBD and shops, Duntryleague Golf Club, a brief walk to coffee shops in Byng and Summer Streets and only three blocks to Cook Park.

CIDER SUITES
Designed as a romantic retreat for a couple, the suites have an intimate open-planned setting with expansive views across the valley to the distant mountain range.
 

With an environmentally sustainable modern design, a cosy fireplace divides the split-level room from the king-sized bedroom and lounge area. Heated concrete floors, reserve-cycle air conditioning, with double glazed floor to ceiling windows and a delightful spa bath enhances the stay. A small kitchenette offers a continental breakfast of cereal, milk, juice, fruit and yoghurt with a bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, electric frypan and microwave.

COTTAGES
There are two cottages (‘Chardonnay’ and ‘Truffles’) available with three bedrooms. Each has two bathrooms and an ensuite. There is a fully equipped kitchen (breakfast provided – cereal, milk, juice, tea/coffee making facilities), a fireplace in the lounge room and a lovely balcony on which meals or just reading the paper can be enjoyed. Serene countryside views, with kangaroos and colourful bird-life compliment the idyllic rural retreat.
